Kununurra to Wyndham

With the Barra and Beef night behind us the day got off to a slow start ,swimming at 6am and the temp already sitting on 25c and rising you could tell it was going to be one of those days. With our day being planned the night before we will be on a very tight rein today. With the washing to be done a pan cakes at 10 am at the main building we will have to go like cut cats to achive our other aims for today. The good news is that the ones that were a bit shabby around the edges come good as the morning wore on, After a big brecky of snags bacon and tomatoes  and a belly full of pan cakes we set sail for Wyndham some 100 clicks away, what i should say I won't, so moving right along all was not lost . After spotting a sign to the 5 rivers lookout I said why not let's go and have look well to my surprise it was spectacular like nothing I had seen before . If you ever visit this location put it on your must see list, after a short lunch break it's on the road again ,don't know where and don't really care. As we continue south the tour director spots a sign saying Parrys Lagoon , yes folks the Welsh will live anywhere . Turning down this dusty road thinking what lays at the end of this crappy road ,well to my surprise there is now another special place in my life, the peace and quite of this place was unreal. After scones jam and cream at this fantastic location we turn down the same crappy road with a very outlook on dusty crappy roads . Lob back in town to hit the shops for more supplies ,this army will march on its stomach , head home to collect our washing a quick fold and back in the bag this house work is easy. Tonight we dine at the Pump House restaurant just down the road ,it cost Fly another bale of wool but we all enjoyed it, the night is still young but we are too old for another late night because at 630 am we head to Hairy Dogs fishing camp for a day chasing the very elusive barra . Gotta go be back tomorrow..........WADDA
